Refund policy
At FKJ UAE, we deal in bullion and precious metals whose market prices fluctuate continuously. Due to the volatile nature of bullion pricing, all sales are considered final once an order has been delivered.
Returns
We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered to the customer.
To be eligible for any return consideration prior to delivery, the item must remain unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Order Cancellation
Due to continuous fluctuations in bullion and precious metal prices, orders once placed and delivered cannot be cancelled.
FKJ UAE reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests after an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds after successful delivery of the order.
Refunds, if exceptionally approved before shipment, will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Banking and payment processing timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@fkjuae.com with supporting photographs and order details so we can review the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Bullion products
- Precious metals
- Customized or special-order products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Returning Goods – General
If a return is exceptionally authorized by FKJ UAE before delivery:
- Items must be securely packaged with the correct return address.
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
- Customers remain responsible for returned goods until safely received by FKJ UAE.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to market disruptions, transportation delays, governmental actions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, statutory consumer rights may apply where required by applicable law. However, exemptions related to fluctuating financial market goods, including bullion and precious metals, may limit cancellation and return rights.
